Me,

I’m Jenny, a former CEO of an Intl Investment Bank with over 35 years of commercial experience . I’m a passionate advocate of technology enabled transformation and digital assets. 

I've run the whole suite of prudential board roles from Exec to Non-Exec at Global Investment Banks, Financial Services Corporates and Charitable organizations. 

I have substantial experience as Chair of Board and Chair of various Board sub-committees including Audit, Risk, Remuneration and Technology. I currently serve as a Non-Executive Director for a number of organisations as well as a being a special advisor to many businesse.

As founder of FinTech Strategic Advisors, I assist Clients with their FinTech investment and adoption strategies and support start-ups to achieve scale and commercial success. 

In executive leadership roles, I have experience as CEO, CFO and COO. I have led the modernisation and transformation of my organizations, applying knowledge of technical finance, emerging technology and regulatory environments. I have enjoyed many challenging meetinggs with Boards, EXCOs, Regulators and shareholders in my time! And won most. 

I  believe innovation, inclusivity and cognitive, demographic and experiential diversity are a 'must' for a successful business. As such, I am a confidential commercial interventionalist and advisor to several CEOs and Chairs.
